Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction tasks; framing, roofing, finish work, cleaning up site

Follow safety protocols and regulations t ensure a secure work environment for yourself and teammates

Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards 

Embrace opportunities for learning and growth whether through on the job training or professional development programs. 

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced construction environment.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is preferred but not required – we're willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to jumpstart their career in the construction industry.
