Position Summary:
Taylor Hollow Construction is seeking an in house project manager to assist the owner and Director of Operations in all facets of planning, logistics, pricing, and communication needed to successfully manage projects from concept to completion, on time and on budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communication and Coordinate with construction manager, architects, subs, suppliers, and construction team
• Develop project timelines, and track assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Price/Estimate new projects/ Quote for outside work
• Manage budgets and expenses.
• Meet with Clients to review project issues and address issues.
• Meet with potential clients to get new business.
• Sourcing of Products and Subs.
• Problem solving non-traditional construction elements.

Requirements:

• Strong Project management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills.
• Good at Planning, organizing, and executing.
• Works well with others.
• Ability to focus and stay on point.
• Good with Financials, budgets
• Able to handle multiple tasks and do them quickly and efficiently.
• Computer knowledge a plus

Pay Range:
Depending on experience
