We are pleased to announce a new member benefit of voluntary life insurance through Cincinnati Life. As an employer, you can make this offering available to your employees at NO cost to you. The Cincinnati Life coverage will not replace any of our current life insurance programs in place. This new coverage is designed to enhance your current life insurance portfolio and to provide you and your employees with more options. We can offer the life insurance in a group setting; however, they are individually owned polices. The rates are locked in and will never increase, and they are completely portable, again with no increase in rates, or decrease in benefit. Your employees will have the opportunity to purchase individual life insurance through the convenience of payroll deduction.

We are setting up two informational presentations on April 9th at 8am and 11:30am, with Andrea Hoffman, a Cincinnati Worksite Specialist. She will give a quick presentation of the offering and be on hand for any questions.

• Guarantee Issue Coverage options available
• Family protection- coverage available for spouses, children, and grandchildren
• Face Amounts $5,000 to $100,000 depending on age.
• Multiple options for different needs: Term, Whole Life, and Term Return of Premium
• Fully portable if you were to leave employment, retire or become disabled (same plan and premium)
• Chewers, pipe smokers, and cigar users receive nonsmoking rates.
• Coverage available ages 18-70
