This session is for subcontractors and trades, with conversation around coordination with GCs, scheduling, jobsite communication, safety, and workforce retention. Your input will guide NRVHBA on how to better connect trades with builders, improve jobsite collaboration, and support training for your crews

NRVHBA will launch Morning Trade Talks, a monthly morning roundtable series bringing together members by subindustry for peer connection, idea-sharing, and candid discussion of challenges and opportunities. Eight sessions across 2026 will engage builders, remodelers, trades, suppliers, developers, associate members and emerging leaders. Each session will be facilitated to remain antitrust-compliant while capturing actionable feedback to guide NRVHBA programming, advocacy, and member services. Sessions will also focus on discussing topics relevant to the group’s roles or businesses, allowing members to connect with peers who understand each other’s day-to-day reality.
