Over the course of his 25+ year career, he has served in senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Corporate Controller for companies ranging from high-growth startups to international enterprises with revenues exceeding $500 million... During his career, he has built, led, and mentored finance and accounting teams in both domestic and international environments, including launching and overseeing operations in Latin America, the U.K., and throughout Asia. Shad has deep experience with treasury, investor relations, audits, board reporting, public company reporting and Nasdaq uplisting, intercompany structuring and transfer pricing agreements, FX optimization, and cross-border financial strategy. He has overseen multiple ERP implementations (Oracle, Dynamics AX, and more), raised growth capital, and helped companies through significant inflection points, including scale-ups, turnarounds, and preparation for exits. |
