Trade Talks with the NRVHBA - Developers/ Land Development

Description

This session focuses on developers and land professionals. We will explore land availability, approvals, infrastructure challenges, and the broader market environment, and identify how NRVHBA can advocate and educate to support responsible growth in the region.


The NRVHBA will launch Morning Trade Talks, a monthly morning roundtable series bringing together members by subindustry for peer connection, idea-sharing, and candid discussion of challenges and opportunities. Eight sessions across 2026 will engage builders, remodelers, trades, suppliers, developers, associate members and emerging leaders. Each session will be facilitated to remain antitrust-compliant while capturing actionable feedback to guide NRVHBA programming, advocacy, and member services. Sessions will also focus on discussing topics relevant to the group’s roles or businesses, allowing members to connect with peers who understand each other’s day-to-day reality.
