Every three years, Virginia updates the VUSBC, and the Home Builders Association of Virginia actively participates in the process alongside the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development's Board of Housing. This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the new residential and trades code requirements that go into effect in January.
