Morning Trade Talks with the NRVHBA - Associate Service Providers

This session is geared towards Associate members including insurance providers, bankers/lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, accountants, title companies, appraisers, and other service professionals supporting residential construction.


Join us for Morning Trade Talks, a casual roundtable series bringing together members for coffee, pastries, and real talk about the residential construction industry. These small-group sessions are designed for peer connection, idea-sharing, and honest discussion of current challenges and opportunities in your day-to-day work. NRVHBA staff will facilitate discussion to keep it productive, antitrust-compliant, and focused on trends, operations, workforce, and how the association can better serve you.

Antitrust Statement:

NRVHBA Morning Trade Talk roundtables are designed for general industry education, networking, and member feedback only. These discussions are intended to foster peer connection and help us better understand your segment's needs and challenges.

Virginia and federal law prohibits anti-competitive practices, like agreements in restraint of trade or commerce.  Accordingly, please do not discuss:

  • Specific prices, bids, fees, or wage rates (actual or projected)
  • Future pricing plans or strategies
  • Market allocation or customer allocation
  • Boycotts or refusals to do business with any supplier, customer, or competitor
  • Membership exclusions or restrictions based on competitive grounds
  • Any other topic that could limit or restrict competition

These limits exist to protect NRVHBA members and the association itself from antitrust liability. If any discussion moves in one of these directions, our facilitator will pause and redirect.

Our goal is to discuss trends, operational practices, workforce challenges, code and permitting issues, customer expectations, and feedback on how NRVHBA can serve you better. We welcome robust conversation within these bounds.
